2、铝合金内部框架

　　Al alloy internal framework

　　我们的产品内部框架采用的是轻型的铝合金材料，能方便移动布置，在它表面经由多道工序处理，防刮伤、耐腐蚀，平滑坚固，能有效降低外界自然条件对其造成影响。

　　The internal framework of our product applies light Al materials that can be moved and arranged conveniently. A number of process treatments is done on its surface, so it is resistant to scratching and corrosion. The product is smooth and hard and can effectively reduces the influence caused by external natural conditions on it.

　　力学性能指标

　　铝型材的氧化度和耐酸碱性和耐盐雾性的要求：铝合金表面氧化膜耐蚀性直接影响到铝型材的使用寿命和力学性能，氧化膜保护的好则使用较安全性，使用寿命较长，耐磨性也好，在加工生产过程中不易损坏。氧化膜的耐磨性必须大于320g/μm,耐盐雾性大于9级，以保证产品的耐蚀性能和使用寿命，使用后不易出现斑点。

　　Requirements on oxidation degree,acid &alkali resistance and salt & smog resistance of aluminum section: the oxide film’s corrosion resistance on the surface of aluminum alloy will directly affect the service life and mechanical property of aluminum section. Good protection of oxide film means good safety in use, long life and good abrasive resistance, and it’s uneasy to break it during processing and production. The abrasion resistance of oxide film must be larger than 320 g/μm and salt & smog resistance must be larger than level-9 so as to ensure to ensure the corrosion resistance and service life of the product and no spots will exist after use.
