1、仿藤纤维

　　a. Vine imitation fiber

　　“观唐”仿藤材料是采用德国高密度高分子聚乙烯改良聚合而成，高密度聚乙烯组成的小颗粒，经过高科技的加工，通过喷嘴提取、冷却。密实坚固又坚韧牢固，且易于弯曲成形，不怕挤、不怕压、柔顺有弹性。

　　“观唐”高密度仿藤纤维在制作过程中，由于添加了高等级的炭黑PE、抗氧剂、阻燃剂，使我们的产品在抗紫外线、防老化、防污防水等方面处于世界领先水平。

　　“观唐”仿藤纤维是一种对环境负责的产品，不包含任何重金属增塑剂，环保耐用，拉伸度强，其耐久性经受紫外线的高度测试，稳定防褪色，无毒性，100%回收利用，并可生物降解。日常只需用干净的湿布或偶尔用肥皂、温和清洁剂清洗即可。

　　“GraceTang” vine imitation material is made with improved high-density and high-molecule PE imported from Germany. The small grains made of HDPE are processed with high-tech., taken out and cooled through spraying holes. It is solid, tensile and hard, easy to bend and shape. The material is squeezing and pressure resistant, smooth and flexible.

　　During the manufacturing of “GraceTang” HD vine imitation fiber, high-grade carbon black PE, anti-oxygen agent and flame-stop agent are added, so that our products are at world leading level in anti-UV, anti-aging and anti-contaminating performance etc.

　　“GraceTang” vine imitation fiber is a kind of environmentally-friendly product and contains no heavy metal plasticizer, it is friendly to the environment and durable with strong drawing performance. Its durability has passed the intensive UV test. It is stable, non-toxic, 100% recyclable and degradable without color fading. The daily cleaning can be made with clean wet cloth or soap, soft detergent occasionally.

　　产品表面涂层就像是人穿的衣服，因此对涂层的检测尤为重要，我们的产品接受了对涂层的厚度、附着力和耐刮擦、耐腐蚀性的检验，经国际(GB)严格检测，其结果为：厚度60μm-80μm;附着力(交叉开口)100%附着;硬度(铅笔硬度)2H;盐雾测试通过1000H;耐冲击性通过50Kg-cm;杯突试验(埃力克森值)≥6mm;耐湿性通过1500H;人工加速耐侯(氙灯)通过300H;耐酸性通过15min;耐灰浆通过24H。

　　The coating of product is just like people’s clothes , and the inspection on coating, which includes thickness, adhesive force, and scraping & corrosion resistance, is very important The inspection contents and standards (GB) are：thickness 60μm-80μm;100%adhesion (cross opening);hardness (pencil’s hardness) 2H;salt & smog test of 1000H;impact resistance of 50 Kg-cm; cupping test (Erickson value) ≥6mm;humidity resistance of 1500;the manual accelerated weathering weathering test (Xe lamp) of 300H;acid resistance of 15min;mortar resistance of 24H.

　　对成品的疲劳性和破坏性试验:我们的产品在50Kg/40cmH的重力进行自由落体破坏力试验，冲击超过10万次为合格;承重用650Kg的重物进行净载荷试验为合格;椅背径向35°角后仰疲劳试验超过16万次为合格。

　　Tiredness and destructivity test for finfshed products: conduct the destructive test of free fall with the gravity as 50Kg/40cmH and over 100000 times of impact can be deemed as eligible;for net load test，bearing of 650Kg would be deemed as eligible;tiredness test for 35°retrocollis of radial of chair shall pass 160000 times。

2、铝合金内部框架

　　Al alloy internal framework

　　我们的产品内部框架采用的是轻型的铝合金材料，能方便移动布置，在它表面经由多道工序处理，防刮伤、耐腐蚀，平滑坚固，能有效降低外界自然条件对其造成影响。

　　The internal framework of our product applies light Al materials that can be moved and arranged conveniently. A number of process treatments is done on its surface, so it is resistant to scratching and corrosion. The product is smooth and hard and can effectively reduces the influence caused by external natural conditions on it.

　　力学性能指标

　　Mechanical performance index

　　铝型材的氧化度和耐酸碱性和耐盐雾性的要求：铝合金表面氧化膜耐蚀性直接影响到铝型材的使用寿命和力学性能，氧化膜保护的好则使用较安全性，使用寿命较长，耐磨性也好，在加工生产过程中不易损坏。氧化膜的耐磨性必须大于320g/μm,耐盐雾性大于9级，以保证产品的耐蚀性能和使用寿命，使用后不易出现斑点。

　　Requirements on oxidation degree,acid &alkali resistance and salt & smog resistance of aluminum section: the oxide film’s corrosion resistance on the surface of aluminum alloy will directly affect the service life and mechanical property of aluminum section. Good protection of oxide film means good safety in use, long life and good abrasive resistance, and it’s uneasy to break it during processing and production. The abrasion resistance of oxide film must be larger than 320 g/μm and salt & smog resistance must be larger than level-9 so as to ensure to ensure the corrosion resistance and service life of the product and no spots will exist after use.

3、Sunbrella面料

　　Sunbrella高档船用布料由拥有100年纺织技术历史全世界高级布料生产家之一的美国Glen Raven公司开发的。

　　由于Sunbrella布料具有防退色和防老化的特点，所以该产品广泛的使用于游艇太阳棚，游艇室外沙发外套，各5/6星级酒店窗外太阳棚，室外家具，敞篷车顶等。40 多年以来，Sunbrella 保持了世界上性能首屈一指的织物的地位。现在，Sunbrella 在整个住宅中都得到应用，在露台上、在院子中、在游泳池边、在餐厅里、在家庭活动室甚至在厨房和浴室。

　　The design stems from traditional Chinese drums ,symbolizing completeness and unity ,When unfolded ,the drums become intricate chairs ;each chair has four support points that combine to provide stability and comfort.

　　青花瓷Porcelain bowl

　　设计灵感源自元朝青花瓷，整体造型恰似那青瓷极品，洗尽铅华，古朴典雅，宛如一出烟雨朦胧的江南水墨山水。

　　The design has been inspired by the blue-and-white porcelain from the Yuan Dynasty .The overall finish represents the finest of its class ,and showcases the unparalleled classic brush painting of the captivating southern landscape.

　　园锦 Yuan jin

　　源于对生命的感悟和理解创作的闲适蛋居，外壳坚硬，内里柔软，令人亲近初生般的感觉。底座编织密实，而顶部通透空灵的编织手法，使产品流露出沉稳中的细腻，敦实中的飘逸。大小各异的镂空花形，在阳光下团团簇簇、优雅绽放。

　　It is originated from life aspiration and understanding on leisure egg house. It has hard external shell and flexible lining, and gives a sense of proximity. The base seat is tightly woven and the top is woven in open and flexible way, which gives stableness, precision, firmness and style. The pierced patterns with different sizes shine together elegantly in the light.

　　丝竹BAMBOO

　　设计灵感源自唐朝丝竹乐器，丝弦的细腻轻盈与竹管的质朴自然交相辉映，呈现出全新的当代气质。如琴弦拨动，轻响起一曲曲丝竹婉音。

　　明MING

　　设计灵感来源于明清家具。没有繁复的装饰与结构，细微之美来自东方传统文化中的禅意元素。搭配白色坐垫，让人体味一种闲坐庭前、静看云卷云舒的悠然意境。

　　Reviving the simple elegant style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties , the series features subtle oriental charm born of Eastern philosophies . The white cushions afford tranquil seats in the open yard , for following floating above .

　　清QING
